Dental insurance is provided through Principal. The plan includes preventive, basic, major and services for participating employees and their family.

• In Network visits get 2 appointments for preventative care per 12 months and those visits are covered 100%

• The plan has a $50 deductible for individual & $150 for family, for restorative care

• Children are covered up to the age of 26 and orthodontia up to the age of 18
