Open Enrollment - DEADLINE OCTOBER 27

WVU Research Corporation Open Enrollment begins October 2, 2017, and ends October 27, 2017 and is the only time of the year to add, drop, or make changes to some of your WVURC employee benefits without Qualifying Life Events (Change in Status).  Please review the below important plan changes and options.

The plan changes will become effect on December 1, 2017, and any changes to your premiums will be reflected on your December 22, 2017 paycheck.

What's Changing For Plan Year 2018

There are changes to the medical plans this year and WVURC is happy to announce that we will be moving from MetLife Dental and Vision to Lincoln Dental and Vision. To view addition details about the changes for the new plan year, visit the 2018 Plan Year Changes site.

PREPARATION AND REVIEW

Before Open Enrollment ends on October 27, you will want to review your current benefits to see what coverages you currently have and to determine whether or not you need to make changes. To view your current benefits, review these  Ulitpro Benefit instructions.

FORMS

If you wish to alter your current coverage under the optional medical, dental, vision, FSA, and voluntary life insurance plans, complete the appropriate paperwork, and return it by October 27, 2017.  If change documents are not received by October 27, 2017, your coverage levels will continue as they are posted on-line for the current plan year, at the revised rates. NEW BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO WVURC EMPLOYEES
